Keanu Charles Reeves:
(Beirut, 2 September 1964) is a Canadian film actor.
Reeves’ first name means ‘cool wind over the mountains’ in Hawaiian. His father is from Hawaii and his mother is British; they met while both working in Lebanon. After his parents divorced in 1966, his mother emigrated with the children to Toronto.
Reeves grew up in Toronto. Over a period of five years, he attended five secondary schools, including the Etobicoke School of the Arts, from which he was later expelled, presumably because he is dyslexic.
His first success was in the film River’s Edge (1986), but his first major role was in the film Youngblood with Rob Lowe, also from 1986. The role that made him popular worldwide was that of Ted in Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure from 1989. He starred alongside Charlize Theron and Al Pacino in The Devil’s Advocate. Later, he starred alongside Charlize Theron in Sweet November. Since 1999, he has been known for his leading role in the science fiction film trilogy The Matrix (1999), The Matrix Reloaded (2003) and The Matrix Revolutions (2003), which earned him more than $200 million, making him the highest-paid actor of all time.

If you have been brutally broken but still have the courage to be gentle to other living beings, then you’re a badass with a heart of an angel.
