Karl Valentin:
(Munich, 4 June 1882 – Planegg, 9 February 1948).
Artistic name of Valentin Ludwig Fey, was a Bavarian comedian, writer and film director, who was of great importance to Expressionist cabaret and highly renowned for his extremely persistent language experiments. He was a personal friend of Bertolt Brecht, among others.
