Sometimes the reason everything feels too much is because it is. You’re only one lovely person who can only do and give so much. Be kind to yourself.

If you ignore your feelings they will get your attention in other ways.

Action may not always bring happiness: but there is no happiness without action.

An idea not coupled with action will never get any bigger than the brain cell it occupied.

That is happiness; to be dissolved into something complete and great. When it comes to one, it comes as naturally as sleep. I like trees because they seem more resigned to the way they have to live than other things do.

Stop trying to get love, attention, recognition, and appreciation. Be someone who gives that.
