Malala Yousafzai:
(Mingora, 12 July 1997).
Pakistani child and women’s rights activist. In 2014, she was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize along with Kailash Satyarthi.
Malala Yousafzai grew up in a family as the daughter of a teacher.
She became known for her fight to get girls to go to school.
In 2009, she gained fame at the age of 11 when she kept a weblog on the BBC website under the pseudonym Gul Makai (cornflower).
In the form of a diary, she wrote about Taliban violence in the Swat Valley, where girls have been excluded from school and many other human rights violations since the Taliban seized power in 2007.

Remember: a book, a pencil, a child, and a teacher can change the world.
