Ugo Betti:
(Camerino, 4 February 1892 – Rome, 9 June 1953).
Italian poet and prose writer. He is considered one of the most important Italian playwrights alongside Pirandello. His plays have a pessimistic slant (Corruzione al Palazzo di Giustizia, 1949).
