Ronald Reagan

Ronald Wilson Reagan:

(Tampico, Illinois, 6 February 1911 – Los Angeles, California, 5 June 2004).
40th president of the United States from 1981 to 1989.
Reagan, after a career as an actor, went into politics. A member of the Republican Party, he was the 33rd governor of California from 1967 to 1975, before becoming the 40th president of the United States as the successor to Democrat Jimmy Carter and ruling the United States in this position for two terms – from 1981 to 1989.
