John Winston Ono Lennon:

Born John Winston Lennon.
Liverpool, 9 October 1940 – New York (New York), 8 December 1980.
British pop musician and composer, peace activist and founder of the Liverpool pop group The Quarrymen, which evolved into the globally successful The Beatles after some line-up changes. Along with Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr, Lennon had not only great commercial success with this band, but also an important and guiding role in pop music.
