Better known by his pseudonym Anton van Duinkerken.
(Bergen op Zoom, 2 January 1903 – Nijmegen, 27 July 1968).
Dutch poet, essayist, professor, orator and literary historian. He received the Constantijn Huygens Prize in 1960 and the P.C. Hooft Prize six years later.
