Chief Pontiac:
Also known as Obwandiyag, (1720? – Cahokia (Illinois) 20 April 1769) Chief of the Ottawa Indians who played a leading role in Pontiac’s rebellion from 1763 to 1765.
They came with a Bible and their religion, stole our land, crushed our spirit, and now they tell us we should be thankful to the lord of being saved.
